I been going to this restaurant since the 90's. It's been under different management. When the food is fresh it's awesome.. it's been more than a few times when the food was at it worse. The fried rice was sticky. The chicken dry and hard. Certainl time of the day they sale reheated food which causes the meal to be not satisfying. If they sale their food fresh all the time I would give them a five star., only on the food. The dining area is another issue. The carpet is beyond filthy , table aren't clean probably.
